Shipping prices remain a mystery to me. In an effort to ship as quickly as possible, I prefer to make a rough estimate and call that "close enough". I have found shipping with the U.S. Postal Service to be the cheapest and fastest, and my shipping prices are based on recent experiences. I'm currently charging $20 for shipping to the Northeast U.S., and $40 for the rest of the U.S. For other countries I will get a more accurate cost when the case is ready to ship.
